When Fel became fed up with being overweight and unfit, her friend recommended she came along to one of Flobox’s circuit classes. She had done the odd bit of exercise before but had never achieved a proper fitness routine and so had no clue quite how unfit she had become - that is, until she went to her first Flobox class. Five years on and four stone down, Fel still regularly attends Floyd’s step, boxing and bums, tums and thighs class as well has having personal training sessions.
“Having personal training sessions with Floyd has really transformed my life; he has helped me to change my eating habits and to really focus. Although I am somewhat notorious for moaning and saying ‘I can’t!’ – I still come back every week and I have now got to the stage that if I can’t attend a session with Floyd, for whatever reason, it feels odd. Not only is Floyd a fantastic motivator, who manages to be strict with his attendees while still being fun, he also has a huge amount of knowledge about the field and is great at explaining it all in a language I understand.”
