I have always struggled with my weight since I was a kid. I constantly battled against my tall, broad, size 14 frame by feeling guilty about everything I ate, calorie counting, and trying desperately to lose the last stone. Then I met Floyd. After he analysed what I ate on a daily basis, he told me that my constant restrictions on food left my body lacking fuel, which leads to craving later and poor training performance. “Your body is like a car” he told me. After just 5 sessions of training with Floyd I noticed my waist was more sculpted and my legs were a different shape. After 20 sessions my body fat went from 33% to 26%. The sessions are certainly not easy but I love every second of it and relish the challenge. Now I feel like a completely different person. I am a size 10/12 and I eat so much!
